RESIZING
My Bracelet is not the size I ordered:
If we have made an error in making your bracelet please contact customer service. We guarantee we will make your bracelet within 1/8" of the size you ordered. As noted in our measuring guide we measure from end to end including the clasp. If we made an error we will re-size your bracelet at no charage.
My Bracelet was made correctly but does not fit:
We understand that sometimes you can not measure for your bracelet and after you have given your bracelet as a gift you discover it is the wrong size. If this happens we will happily re-string your bracelet for you with a re-string order.

Depending on your individual lifestyle and wear and tear on your bracelet you should have your bracelet periodically restrung to prevent breakage or loss.

REPAIR
If you bracelet has broken and you have lost beads we will repair and replace your beads. Send us an email to discuss the amount of loss so that we can determine the cost.

An Important Note about General Jewelry Care
You should not wear your Beaded Jewelry while Cleaning, Swimming or taking a Shower. The chemicals used during these activities are hard on all jewelry parts. We recommend that you do not sleep in your Jewelry (except for rings and stud earrings) as this causes stress on all moving parts. Cherished Time Designs uses the strongest jewelry wire in the industry suitable for our bracelets/necklaces but with wear and tear the wire will eventually need replacing. Following these few tips will lengthen the period of time between maintenance re-stringing.
